You get the exact item, its label and the price. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
We deliver in Dubai
We bring it to your office or home, anywhere in Dubai, the next working day after order confirmation.

Find your printer model
It's the one thing we need to find the right cartridge. Look in these places:
- The front. Check the label on the front of the printer.
- Inside the front door. Open it and look for a sticker.
- The back. Many printers have a sticker there too.
Send your printer list. We'll quote it all in one message.
- List each printer, where it is and its model
- Tell us how much paper you use a month
- Get one quote, with the label for every item

Delivery, payment, invoices and returns
Delivery
All of Dubai, the next working day after order confirmation. Free on orders of AED 500 and above. AED 35 on orders below AED 500.
Payment
Pay by Ziina payment link or bank transfer. We send the details once your order is confirmed.
Invoices
VAT invoices are issued under Lumen General Trading LLC. Send your company name and address with your order.
Returns
Wrong or faulty item? We replace it or refund you. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days.
Read the full returns policy
- Wrong item. Tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We collect it free and send the right item, or refund you in full, including delivery.
- Faulty item. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem or a test page. We collect it free and replace it or refund you in full. This covers original, compatible and remanufactured items.
- Changed your mind. You can return an unopened, sealed item within 7 days of delivery. We refund the item price. Delivery fees are not refunded, and collection costs AED 35.
- Opened items. Opened cartridges and opened paper can't be returned unless they are wrong or faulty.
- Refunds. We refund the same way you paid, within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
